Resolved to region X instead of selection #1 at region X

I get the following error for all resolve #Y to #Z tests:

Resolved to region (1387, 1390) instead of selection #1 at region (1387, 1390)

These errors occur both with NaBL1 as NaBL2 analysis.

Eclipse: org.eclipse.platform.ide 4.6.0.I20160606-1100
Spoofax: org.metaborg.spoofax.eclipse 2.1.0.20160902-093519-master
System: Mac OS X x86_64 10.11.6

Spoofax 2.0.0 (stable) does not have this issue.
