Builders does not handle full paths when generating files

Spoofax: org.metaborg.spoofax.eclipse 1.5.0.qualifier
System: Mac OS X x86_64 10.10.3When generating files from SDF3, it should generate files given the full path.

Instead it seems to take the workspace location into consideration.
