Until this issue is fixed, is there perhaps some way of preventing builds from overwriting *-Folding.generated.esv and *-Outliner.generated.esv files? I’d like to create the folding and outlining rules manually, since the generate rules don’t work so well for me…

Remove the import of the generated file and copy the contents of the generated file and change them to your needs.

Also know that the esv-based outliner is not supported anymore in the unstable and nightly builds. We’ve switched to Stratego-based outliners to allow for more custom outlines: https://github.com/metaborg/doc/blob/master/editor-services/outline-view.md
