Below the “Spoofax” title in the left column of http://strategoxt.org/Spoofax, there is a (broken) piece of HTML displayed:

Probably it should be a proper hr tag or it was intended to be commented out :)

This is on google chrome 7.0.517.44. With firefox 3.6.12 it is not visible.

Fixed, thanks for reporting. Interesting how Chrome parses <!--> as comment open and close, rather than just as a comment open. Chrome’s interpretation is incorrect (my advice: don’t use the browser ;), but I fixed the TWiki artifact that caused it to be in the page.
