Multiple tests with the same name don't show in batch runner
If you have multiple tests with the same name, only one shows up in the batch test runner.

I think we can fix this by using the pair of test name and test offset as a key. A question is whether we should allow tests with identical names in the same suite in the first place.

I’m not sure about tests with identical names. I often have a number of tests that test the same concept, but I tend to number them. I imagine some would do the same without numbering them, so I think there’s a use case for multiple tests with the same name.
