Entity project does not build

In Spoofax1.2.0.0-s40803 the Entity project (non-minimal) does not build:

stratego.jvm.helper:
        [java] ** Error in rule editor-format:
        [java]    variable 'filename' used, but not bound
        [java] [ Main | error ] Compilation failed (3.25 secs)
