Say that two Eclipse windows are open (Window > New Window). And that one Spoofax language file is open in each of the windows. Then the transform menu only appears in the 1st window and gets completely confused as to for which editor (1st or 2nd window) it should show actions.

See attached screenshot. The LHS window is the first opened and the RHS is the second opened. In RHS there is a Stratego editor open and in LHS a GM editor. The focus was on the Stratego editor in LHS, yet the transform menu showed actions for the GM editor on the RHS.

The screenshot looks like the GM editor has the current focus (see highlighted tab). So I think it is fine that the GM Editor actions are shown. However, there should be a menu in each window (just in the same way the Eclipse icons are available in both windows).

No, the Stratego editor was focused. I’ve just recreated this again. See in the screenshot that the LHS window is closer to the viewer than the RHS window.
