STR-32: Rewrite table-table strategies in terms of the new table primitives.
Make the table-table of the Stratego runtime available as a Hashtable(_) in Stratego.

Fixed, but should the table-* strategies be in terms of hashtable-* strats (and thus not as primitive SSL_hashtable_)?
And what about the table- strats that didn’t call prim’s anyway? Leave them as they are probably?
