STR-342: Bound/unbound check for dynamic rules: avoid errors in terms of generated code?

variable ‘args’ used, but not boundReclassifySimpleInScopeTypeName is a dynamic rule here. The error report reveals the underlying implementation, based on code generation.
It would be nice if error reporting is in terms of the original source. Of course, this is a difficult problem (abstraction tracing), but it gets more and more important once we are going to add more abstractions on top of Stratego.
