STR-446: Stratego bindings for libsglr
Maybe first as a separate package to make it easier to evolve. Typical uses of libsglri could be prototyped in Dryad.

We need dynamic library for libsglr for this. Currently, only a static library. Maybe we should offer to implement this in the SDF packages on the trunk.
