STR-515: strc: warn about command-line options that will be ignored with -c
Check that the right command-line options are used for the stand-alone compilation mode and the -c mode.
Examples:

–xtc-repo does nothing if -c is used
Same for -CI, CD, -Cl, -CL, -la, -Xlinker etc.
