STR-538: sdf2rtg: improve handling of reject productions
sdf2rtg should not try to create tree productions for sdf productions that can only be reached from productions that have a reject annotation.
For now, there is workaround: you can attach and rtg(ignore) attribute to the production that should be ignored.
