STR-625: libstratego-sglr: support for start symbols that are not context-free.
sglr only supports context-free start symbols, which is a problem if layout at the top-level is relevant (as in PHP). We have patched this in libjustsglr and will keep this issue open until it has been fixed upstream as well.
