‘New WebDSL Project’ wizard first build fails with the following message:

C:\eclipsewin\eclipse\plugins\webdsl.editor_1.2.7.2\webdsl-template\webdsl-build-eclipse.xml:233: Unable to delete file C:\workspace\foo.servletapp\src-webdsl-template\built-in.app

The delete should not fail when the file does not exist, second build completes normally.
