webdsl test and webdsl test-web commands should not always clean the project
To be able to test caching behavior it would be better if the ‘webdsl test (appname)’ and ‘webdsl test-web (appname)’ commands do not clean the project.
The old behavior can still be achieved by chaining the commands: ‘webdsl clean test(-web) (appname)’
