• mysql check fails on some systems (cannot reproduce)

• debug log shows up in installed plugin (previously these would not show up, related to change in spoofax):

fixed:
- convert project wizard does not show up (r5844)
- a manual project refresh is often needed before WTP publishes the newly build version, related to fix for https://yellowgrass.org/issue/WebDSL/762 (r5852)
- new project snippet shows old page syntax with define keyword (r5852)
- working dir is inside eclipse dir and the same for each deployed application, this causes collisions with the fixed default H2 database file for multiple applications (r5853)
- field completion is not working (r5858)
