While WebLab has support for multiple choice questions, their interpretation is that of giving correct answers and grading the result. It would be useful to have support for taking surveys. These would probably mostly consist of multiple choice questions, but should be interpreted to give statistics about the distributions of answers.

A natural application would be in taking course evaluation surveys.

As first step we can add support exporting collections of multiple choice/essay questions to csv.
+ Check if multiple choice answers are in random order for every submission. This should be disabled for survey questions
