According to the law, no analytics may be done on data that can (in)directly be related to individuals (wet bescherming persoonsgegevens, http://wetten.overheid.nl/BWBR0011468/ ).

A relatively easy way out would be to ask every student explicitly for permission, explaining what concrete analysis is done, and exclude students from the analysis that refuse or withdraw their permission. This should be editable at their profile page.
