Support project mailing lists (2)
Several projects have a project mailing list. Support storing this in the project settings, such that notification emails can be sent to the list instead of to the individual users.

Done. Mailing lists can now be set in project settings. Upon notification, yellowgrass checks for a project mailing list, if it exists, the email will be sent to the list, if not, the email will be sent to all members individually.
