link to bugs

It should be possible to easily link to a bug in the same YellowGrass instance. For example, trac suports something like #123 to link to bug 123.

Syntax proposal: [123] to link to bug 123 in the same project, and [YellowGrass/123] to link to a bug in a project in the same YellowGrass instance.

Indeed, this would be nice. Issue 23 (https://yellowgrass.org/issue/YellowGrass/23) provides a similar request. Unfortunately, the issue is currently blocked by WebDSL issue 148 (https://yellowgrass.org/issue/WebDSL/148). Marking the issue as blocked for now. Will be fixed when the WebDSL issue is.
