See YellowGrass/5. If you forget to log in and submit an issue you should be asked to log in. Or maybe you should be able to assign a different submitter for anonymous issues.

Ok, pushing users to login instead of posting anonymously sounds good. I am not sure how to do this non-intrusively though. Do you have any suggestions?

I have now added a mandatory email box to anonymously posted comments. A little less anonymous, but this should allow for communication on issues and I can now update anonymous authors when their issues are changed (commented or closed).
