The layout of the application has been refactored using the bootstrap framework from twitter, as embedded in the project(elib) library for WebDSL. The layout adapts to the resolution of the browser window.

One remaining problem is that the tables used for issue lists do not adapt. This results in horizontal scrolling when viewing on a smartphone browser (tested on iPhone). However, on tablets pages should not have horizontal scrolling (tested on iPad).

Breadcrumbs and sidebars have been replaced with project-specific and issue-specific toolbars using icons only (instead of text) for conciseness.
