Auto-fold closed issues in roadmap
The Roadmap page currently displays all releases and all issues therein. This causes:
- High CPU usage when scrolling in Safari 6.0.2 and Chrome 24.0.1312.52 on OS X
The suggestion is:

- Per release, fold the closed issues and unfold on demand

It should load more releases while you scroll down. It works fine in firefox.
So the fix in #177: Roadmaps slow doesn’t seem to work on all browsers?

The load is indeed progressive. I’ve edited the issue. The high CPU usage is still valid though. Definitely in Safari.
