In case issue log events such as On July 4th SomeUser tagged error are followed by a comment, there is no clear separation between comment and the issue log event. At least, it can be improved.

Idea:
javascript:void(0)
- Put horizontal row between every event.
- Separate comment from comment’s metadata (time, submitter)
