Hi Eelco and Elmer,

Can you please add breadcrumbs to each page so we know where a user is located in the site hierarchy?

This would be rather useful in the sub pages underneath the top level menus.

For example:

Contributing -> Workshops -> PROMOTO

or

Submitting (the alternative menu header) -> Attending -> Registration
