Randomize order of events in event carousels
For each page request, randomize the order in which the events in a carousel are shown in order to avoid bias of views to the first events listed.

That’s the one Laurie meant, and it is indeed different on each load. This should hold for the other carousels (event highlights) as well, I suppose.
