Global profile does not inherit photo from conference profile

This will be a one-time action in which we update all general conf.researchr.org profiles that have no profile picture, while there is a profile picture for a specific context.
It will fix the issue we had with previous approach with context-specific profiles. Back then, a context-scoped profile was created for everyone contributing to the conference. When a picture was uploaded for this profile, it was not propagated to the general profile.
Nowadays, the general profile is used to show in a conference context, and conference-scoped profiles are created after the conference, being a snapshot of the general profile.
