How to deal with homepages for subconferences

- Should there be a home page for subconferences, or only track/committee/event pages?
- What navbar should be presented on such a homepage, the one from federation root or its own one?
- How should the address look like? Inherit domain of the federation root? e.g.
2015.ecoop.org/home/RIOT-2015?conf.researchr.org/home/RIOT-2015?2015.ecoop.org/subhome/RIOT-2015
