Add "Past editions" pull-down menu

Dear developers,

This is Diego R. Llanos, associate professor at the University of Valladolid. I think that it would extremely useful to have an additional pull-down menu, beside “Committees”, called “Past editions”, where we can add links to the last X editions of our conference. Please note that I do not want a feature to arbitrarily add pull-down menus there, what I want is just to offer this particular menu.

If this is not possible, please suggest me a more-or-less standard place to link such a page. It is mandatory for us to offer links to previous editions.

In release 0.9.20, a new dropdown menu Other Editions is placed next to the search button. It is automatically shown when there are more editions in conf, or when links to other editions are added manually for externally hosted editions. These can be managed at the series level. In case you are not a manager at the series level and want to add links to older editions, let us know using the forum.
