Add support for labels/tags like 'Best paper award'

How could I decorate accepted papers with badges for the “Best Paper” and the “Accepted Artifact”, similar to http://ecoop14.it.uu.se/accepted-papers.php? I tried poking around on http://2015.ecoop.org/manageTrack/research-track, but I couldn’t find a way to do it.
