Non-image files (e.g. pdf) are sometimes uploaded to the image gallery (to become a file gallery later). The image gallery tries to show a thumbnail of the files, which leads to a broken picture for non-image files, while the browser will download the originally uploaded. This sometimes leads to large downloads when only viewing the gallery.

As a fix for non-image files, the gallery now only shows the file name and content type, without downloading the file. Also, it doesn’t make internal ‘thumbnail’ copies for non-image files anymore, which were 1:1 copies of the original.
