Make Tracks Invisible

Hi Elmer,

For SPLASH 2015 we want to be able to make a track invisible but not deleted. This does seem possible at the moment. Can you please enable this feature?

We want this for Wavefront 2015 since there were not many submissions and the track is not going to proceed.

Important dates will be removed from the aggregated important dates.
