I would like to be able to select the default view that is shown for the program page of a conference.

For SPLASH 2016, I have set up the sessions for the main tracks, in order to display the overall schedule of the conference. However,

defaults to Detailed Table view (at my own request). In the absence of actual scheduled events this is not a useful view though. So I would like to select ‘Tracks Timeline’

as default view.

(But we should make the program pages smarter.)

yeah this would be great for 2015 too as the detailed view is missing details as we await the track chairs to add data for the scheduling …
