Empty/placeholder About Pages

Lots of our pages, such as http://conf.researchr.org/track/POPL-2016/POPL-2016-papers#About
get an About tab but most people don’t know what to write there.
Could we have the ability to turn it off. And to choose the order of the tabs, so that the tab that is most relevant comes as default?
Or do you have any other idea how to make this look better?
