A conference such as SPLASH consists of lots of parts produced by many people. For the management of such a conference it would be very useful to have a dashboard that shows the completion status of all parts of the conference, e.g. showing whether the call for contributions has been filled in, whether there is a submission date, notification date, program committee etc.

Such a dashboard would also be useful for track organizers to see what they can / should do to complete the website; the entries in the dashboard function as a to-do list with direct links to the management interface.
