Changes in ‘Construct Session Slots’ do not take effect until a change is made in ‘Populate Session Slots’.
When I change the time of sessions in the first dialog, I need to make a change in the second in order for that change to show up in the program.

This is definitely a page cache issue. With
?nocachesuffix, the change is displayed on the program page. Needs investigation.
