This is not possible at this moment. I’ll add this feature request to our issue tracker. But I need to think of the design for this feature. One should be able to use it in a way that makes sense, i.e. without becoming an ad-hoc tool that has no sensible management (at which level is this additional info to be managed by who? Should you be manager of the tracks that you want this info to have? Can track managers/editors remove this tab from their track? Opt-in/Opt-out on having this additional info tab on a track page? etc..).
