Make it possible to derive the (organizing) committee from all committees in a federation (sub)-tree.
Such committee shows all members from committees that (partially) matches a configurable filter-token, such as “orga”.
Configuration options:

• Filter token (orga by default), used to include all committees in a federation subtree for which the name contains the filter token.
• Ability to exclude committee, while it does match the filter token
• Ability to exclude specific members from committees
