“I found the proposal submission form rather frustrating. There’s a list of requirements for what you want in a proposal, but then the proposal form doesn’t have fields for many of the requirements. This is just plain confusing!”

The “free text template” feature wasn’t used in the submission instance the above quote applies to. This could have prevented the above frustation.
