Provide feedback when "added" publication was not found in the database
After submitting a bib-entry and selecting the submitted entry, a form

is shown that lists some of the data. This seems to indicate that there
is no fitting entry in the database yet. However, this is not apparent
to the user. When changing entries in the form and clicking “save and
search” the user just returns to the same form again. There should be a
clear indication of the problem and how the user has to proceed
