STR-750: Obey the OpenSUSE package conventions (libexec)
SUSE doesn’t use libexec:
http://en.opensuse.org/SUSE_Package_Conventions/Filesystem_Structurelibexecdir in the RPM spec file is set to prefix/lib

We override that for now, due to problems with STR-749.
Need to revert the libexec hack in the spec file once STR-749 has been fixed.
