User registration fails by user name and user email already taken
Users can no longer register on YellowGrass, as the registration form always produces an error. This is probably caused by a faulty captcha, which was fixed in the user edit form earlier.

Problem solved. It was actually cause by missing inverts on two validation rules. New version online.
