I can’t access Onward or DLS sites through the SPLASH Organization panel as I get an access denied error statement. I can’t check the “access control” on the list since I can’t see the sites.

Thanks.

Cheers Craig

So you see the entries in the manage side bar (on the left), but when you click on it you get access denied?
Can you copy an example link into this issue where you get access denied?

Ah.. got it. The problem is that the links now point to the main domain, being conf.researchr.org. You are logged in on 2014.splashcon.org, but the login-cookie for that domain is not valid for conf.researchr.org, hence you get AC denied. For now , you can log in on http://conf.researchr.org, then all should work.

1) Yes that is correct
2) for example once in the Onward 2014 section and then selecting any page underneath I get permission denied, such as http://conf.researchr.org/manageConferenceEdition/onward2014/onward2014
http://conf.researchr.org/manageTrack/onward2014/onward2014-papers

Ok I can login from http://conf.researchr.org to access the Onward stuff and make changes.

When I login from http://conf.researchr.org for Onward! I can edit those pages above (i.e. 1, 2):
http://conf.researchr.org/manageConferenceEdition/onward2014/onward2014
http://conf.researchr.org/manageTrack/onward2014/onward2014-papers

I am not sure what is going on. I assume it is an issue you can resolve. It would be preferable to be able to do that from within the SPLASH Organizing Panel. I am sure others will also find this issue confusing too if they have to manage multiple conferences. Thanks.
