Manager of series should be able to edit access control for edition
Currently it is not possible to edit the access control list for a conference edition from the series. This is necessary to add people as managers even by currently non-managers of the edition.

There is an edition, but I cannot access that from the series.
I now see that I can access it from http://conf.researchr.org/siteAdministration, but that is only because I’m an admin. A regular series manager should be able to set the AC for editions.

The sidebar will now link to the AC part in case the viewer has no editor rights for the edition of the series.
