No quotes around names as in: General Chair in “Organizing Committee” for “SPLASH 2016”
Don’t show empty bullets in manager/editor lists
Aggregate the roles per federation
Committee Member in Steering Committee is redundant
create links for the items in the sentence: Steering Committee should be a link to the steering committee page, and SPLASH 2014 should be a link to the splash home page; that also reduces the need for the quotes since what are now quoted items will be links
