Support all structural primitive operators
Support all operators from this category. Add high-level detection, mapping onto SQL migration and test cases for the various operators.

Done. High-level detection, transformation and mapping onto SQL code now available for all structural primitive operators. Furthermore, each operator is represented by a test case in the test set. Each test case tests the operator in various ways of application.
