Fix SQL connector in Acoda plugin
The Acoda plugin cannot easily be run from another machine due to problems with loading the SQL connector. Fix these and test installation on other machines.

Done. SQL connector is now integrated into the Acoda bundle. No need to worry about getting its dependency right anymore. Other connectors are still usable, as long as they are on the classpath.
