Deal with unavailable database in the editor
Whenever the database is not available, the Acoda editor stops on failure of a with clause. This holds for both the builders as well as the analysis. Such error is not user-friendly. Chack for presence of the database before starting the analysis or a builder and send appropriate error messages.
