Frequently, the detection yields an empty file (identity transformation) on a changed data model. Somehow, the versioning of data models does not seem to work correctly.

WebDSL project files are imported using the WebDSL strategy import-modules. This strategy seems to use old (cached) file version. More specifically, the version it uses is the one available when Eclipse starts. Whatever is edited while Eclipse runs is ignored. Each time Eclipse is rebooted, new versions of the files are cached. Issue seems to be solved. It does not occur anymore (not sure at what point it got fixed, or whether it will show up again at some point in time).
