Epispin runs out of steam with a not really very large program (just 420 lines).
On the attached listing I get on line 1 an Internal Parsing Error: Parsing timeout on line 239.

Also, from line 78 the parsing is wrong; notice the colours.

Also on line 115 is something wrong; note the colours. This seems due to the comment on line 117.

As an aside, Eclipse gets quite slow sometimes; in particular on copy/paste actions.

PS I know the logic of the attached program is wrong, but ispin accepts the syntax without problems.

It parses perfectly fine without any error at my pc. Did you increase the stack size of this Eclipse instance (sorry, got to ask). Could you retry this program after restarting Eclipse?
